Question: How much extra
are the shipping charges?
Answer: Shipping is free of charge on all
orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. There's no minimum
order amount. Whenever
feasible, orders will be sent
via UPS ground service. If you'd like faster delivery, then all you would pay
would be the difference between "your choice" and ground fees. |

Question: Can I get samples
before purchasing?
Answer: Generally, we will be able to accommodate you with samples
should you require such. We want to do all we can to allow you
to feel comfortable and confident
in your decision. |

is my credit card information?
Answer:

Question: Do you carry
energy-saving products?
Answer: Take a good look at our non-woven cellular shades. They provide two
pockets of air/insulation and are great energy savers. Their non-woven construction
guarantees that they'll never fray around the edges. This feature also allows
the product to be lightly scrubbed and hung out to dry without damage.
We also manufacture
an excellent roller shade made from vinyl screen. It has excellent
insulating characteristics, allows you to still view outside,
and eliminates the sun's glare.
Wood is also an excellent
insulator. Our wood blinds also present value in your consideration
of this concern. |

Question: What will
come with my blinds?
Answer: All of the mounting
hardware will be packed with each blind. You will not be charged
extra for any hardware. |

Question: How long
will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Tell us when
you need the product. Order the product with as much lead time
as possible. Considering shipping time, it will probably take
3 weeks to get your order delivered. We will be able to furnish
you with a UPS tracking number once we ship the product. |
